Facts about ordering software from RTG:

• We always offer the latest version of each product.
  
  
• Your order will be processed on a secure server by PayPal. RTG never gets your credit card information. (A PayPal account is not required.)

Facts about electronic delivery:

• Email
  After you check out, your order is sent to RTG electronically. In response, we will send you an email message with downloading instructions or, in the case of RTG Bills and RTG Conflicts, a license key.
  
  
• Time
  This process is not automatic. It may take up to two days, but usually it happens much faster than that.
  
  
• Download
  Our instructions will tell you how to download the installation file using your Web browser. If something goes wrong during the download process, simply try it again. We cannot send the installation file by email.
  
  
• Password
  Some products require a password for installation. The email message we send you will include the password.
  
  This is not true for RTG Bills and RTG Conflicts, however. You can download the RTG Bills installation file, or the RTG Conflicts installation file, at any time, but you need a license key to use them beyond the initial 45-day trial period.
  
  
• Backup
  It is your responsibility to make a backup copy of the installation file after you download it. You will need the installation file and the password (if any) to re-install the software. You are not buying the right to download the software again in the future; an additional fee may be charged.
  
  
• Tax
  Electronic delivery involves no tangible goods, so no California sales tax is applied.
