Payment information - RTG does not store credit card or payment information. All online payments are processed by third parties. Currently, online purchases of RTG products are handled by the following companies: PayPal and BMT Micro. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Purchase information - RTG collects the following information from its customers: name and address, telephone number, fax number, email address, and products purchased. We use this information for statistical purposes, and to provide customer support, including determination of eligibility for upgrades.
Subscriber information - When you sign up for RTG Bills Online, RTG Timer Online, or another Service that requires registration, we ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, and an account password. We may combine the information you submit with information from other RTG services or from purchases of RTG products in order to provide quality customer support.
Service content - If you use a Service, we store the content you provide for the operation of the Service.
