RTG Bills V2.11 introduced the ability to print envelopes for a client. This requires a new system file, vbprndlg.dll, on each PC that will run RTG Bills. If this file is not installed and registered on the PC, you will get an error message, ActiveX component can't create object.

When you install RTG Bills V2.11 or later on a PC, the required system file is installed and registered.

Re-install RTG Bills to install and register the missing file.
