Web Browser Test for RTG Online
What Does It Mean?
If your browser passes all three tests (JavaScript, pop-ups, and cookies), it has the right features to work with RTG Online, and those features are currently working.
If you need to turn off the pop-up blocker, we have instructions for each browser. Sign in to RTG Bills Online and choose:
RTG Bills Menu > Help > How-To Guides > How to Turn Off the Pop-up Blocker
The server test determines whether your browser can send a request to an RTG server and receive the correct response. An error here could be a problem with your browser or a temporary problem with the RTG server.
Even if all tests succeed, there is no guarantee that every page will be formatted properly. Also, every browser has bugs that may affect the operation of our software. For those reasons, we urge you to use the current version of one of our recommended browsers:
