Q: When I choose File > Update, I get an error message that says Run-time error '429' followed by ActiveX component can't create object.

A: A piece of software is not installed properly in the system folder of the computer that displays this message.  Try re-installing RTG Bills, then shut down and restart Windows.

Note: This problem was most likely to occur with Windows 95.  RTG no longer supports Windows 95.
