Q: When I choose File > Update, I get an error message that says Run-time error '339' followed by Component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:  A file is missing or invalid.

A: RTG Update is not installed properly on this computer. Re-install RTG Bills to get a fresh copy of RTG Update.
