Q: When I view or print a bill (or a report), the left side appears but the right side is blank.  What's wrong?

A: Most likely the printer is set to print envelopes.  When RTG Bills creates a bill or a report, it gets the paper size from the printer.  This is true even when you view a report instead of printing it.  If the paper width is too narrow, the right side of the page will be blank.

Open the Printers (or Printers and Faxes) folder in Windows and change the paper size to Letter.
