Q: When I try to back up, I get the error message File not found: zip32.dll.

A: To solve this problem, download the latest version of RTG Backup.

Update RTG Backup and RTG Restore

Note: A similar File not found message about the file unzip32.dll may occur when you start RTG Restore.  This problem is also fixed by updating RTG Backup and RTG Restore.
