Printing in landscape orientation

Q: Why are the pages printing in landscape orientation (wider edge at the top)? It worked properly before.

A: Prior to Version 2.14, RTG Bills and RTG Timer did not set the printer orientation (portrait or landscape). Some other program changed the orientation (perhaps to print a spreadsheet) and did not set it back to portrait orientation. To change the orientation:

Windows XP:  Click Start > Control Panel.  Double-click Printers and Faxes to open the window.  Right-click the printer icon for your printer and choose Properties.  On the General tab, click Printing Preferences.  In the Orientation frame, click Portrait.  Click OK to save this change.  Click OK again.  Close the Printers and Faxes window.
