Q: Why don't I see my clients and matters in RTG Timer?
A: If you don't see the clients and matters in RTG Timer, then Timer is not set to read the RTG Bills database. That setting is here:
Setup > Other > Database
Choose the upper option ("From RTG Bills database") and enter the folder containing the RTG Bills database in the box. For best results, we recommend using the UNC path to the server, such as:
rather than a drive letter.
