RTG Adds Mini Stopwatch to RTG TimerSanta Monica, California; July 21, 2008 -- RTG has announced a major new release of RTG Bills and RTG Timer, its time and billing software for law firms and sole practitioners. A new mini stopwatch in RTG Timer provides a way to minimize the space taken up on the screen while providing a visual reminder that the stopwatch is running. A single mouse click closes the mini stopwatch and restores the full RTG Timer window, where a description of the time entry can be completed. Another new feature is the ability to add a payment link to a PDF bill, so the client can click the link and pay the bill immediately. Additional new features include the ability to save reports as PDF files, easier access to historical bills, and several new bill formatting features. RTG Bills and RTG Timer cost $95, which includes one license for RTG Timer. RTG Bills is designed for law firms and sole practitioners. It combines the ease-of-use of Windows with the power and reliability of a relational database. RTG Timer, included with RTG Bills, uses a computerized "stopwatch" so that attorneys can time their work. RTG Timer can communicate with RTG Bills over a network, or it can be used independently on a notebook computer or a home PC. RTG offers a free trial of RTG Bills and RTG Timer on its Web site at www.rtgsoftware.com so that potential buyers can evaluate the programs before they purchase them. During the trial period, all program features are available. RTG Bills and RTG Timer are compatible with Windows Vista and Windows XP, and with any network that supports Windows PCs.
