Q: When I try to back up my data, I get an error message that says Run-time error '429' followed by ActiveX component can't create object.
A: A piece of the software is not installed properly on the computer that displays this message. Usually the problem is fixed by re-installing RTG Bills.
If that doesn't solve the problem, you need to install the Windows Script Host as described here:
