Firefox Instructions
Click the Open menu button in the right corner of the Firefox window.
Firefox includes a pop-up blocker, which prevents a Web page from opening a new window. RTG Bills Online needs to open a new window to show PDF versions of bills and reports. Both RTG Bills Online and RTG Timer Online will open a new window to show help information. Therefore, you should turn off the pop-up blocker for the RTG Bills Online and RTG Timer Online Web site. This page explains how to do that.
These instructions apply to Firefox 66.0.3. Other versions may differ.
Firefox Instructions
Click the Open menu button in the right corner of the Firefox window.
From the menu that appears, click Options. A new Options tab will open.
On the Options tab, select Privacy & Security.
Scroll down to Permissions. Most likely, Block pop-up windows will be checked. On that line, on the right side of the window, click the Exceptions button.
In the box for Address of website, enter https://app.rtgsoftware.com. Click the Allow button. That should put the address in the list below, with https://app.rtgsoftware.com in the Website column and Allow in the Status column.
Click the Save Changes button. Now you can close the Options tab.
