Microsoft Edge includes a pop-up blocker, which prevents a Web page from opening a new window. RTG Bills Online needs to open a new window to show PDF versions of bills and reports, so you should turn off the pop-up blocker for the RTG Bills Online Web site. This page explains how to do that.

Microsoft Edge Instructions
Click the Settings and more button in the upper right corner of the Edge window.
From the menu that appears, click Settings.
From the list on the left, click Privacy & security. On the right, scroll down to the Security section.
Here you can turn Block pop-ups on or off. At this time (April 2019), there is no option to allow pop-ups on specific sites. To use RTG Bills Online, you will have to turn this switch to Off.
Until Edge can allow pop-ups on selected sites, we recommend using a different browser.
