Google Chrome Instructions
Click the Customize and control Google Chrome button in the right corner of the Chrome window.
The Google Chrome browser includes a pop-up blocker, which prevents a Web page from opening a new window. RTG Bills Online needs to open a new window to show PDF versions of bills and reports. Therefore, you should turn off the pop-up blocker for the RTG Bills Online and RTG Timer Online Web site. This page explains how to do that.
These instructions apply to version 73.0. Other versions of Chrome may differ.
Google Chrome Instructions
Click the Customize and control Google Chrome button in the right corner of the Chrome window.
From the menu that appears, click Settings.
On the Settings tab, click Advanced at the bottom.
In the Privacy and security section, click Content settings.
Under Content settings, confirm that JavaScript says Allowed. JavaScript is required to use RTG Bills Online and RTG Timer Online.
Also under Content settings, click Popups and redirects
Under Popups and redirects, confirm that it says Blocked (recommended). In the Allow section, click Add. In the box that appears, enter app.rtgsoftware.com. Click Add.
Now you can close the Settings tab.
