Q: When I try to back up to an empty disk, I get the error message Could not find or create this folder: A:\.
A: This is a bug in RTG Bills and RTG Timer prior to Version 2.04. You can work around it in either of two ways:
- Specify a folder on the disk instead of the root directory. In other words, back up to A:\backup instead of A:\.
- Create an empty file on the otherwise empty disk. Double-click My Computer, double-click the A drive, then choose File > New > Text Document from the menu. Press Enter. You will have a file named New Text Document.txt on the disk. Now the backup will work properly.
This problem was fixed in Version 2.04.
