Electronic Delivery

Facts about electronic delivery:

E-Mail
After you check out, your order is sent to RTG electronically. In response, we will send you an e-mail message with downloading instructions or, in the case of RTG Bills, a license key.
Time
This process is not automatic. It may take up to two days, but usually it happens much faster than that.
Download
Our instructions will tell you how to download the installation file using your Web browser. If something goes wrong during the download process, simply try it again. We cannot send the installation file by e-mail.
Password
Most products require a password for installation. The e-mail message we send you will include the password.

This is not true for RTG Bills, however. You can download the installation file at any time, but you need a license key to use it beyond the initial 45-day trial period.
Backup
When you choose electronic delivery, it is your responsibility to make a backup copy of the installation file after you download it. You will need the installation file and the password (if any) to re-install the software. You are not buying the right to download the software again in the future; an additional fee will be charged.
Tax
Electronic delivery involves no tangible goods, so no California sales tax is applied.

CD Delivery

Facts about CD delivery:

Mail
Software on CD is shipped by First Class Mail. There is no shipping charge.
U.S. Only
We will only ship a CD to addresses in the U.S. If you are located elsewhere, please choose electronic delivery.
Tax
Sales tax will be added to CD products for California shipping addresses.
Combined CD
If you order more than one product on CD, we may combine them on one CD.
