You can change the number of users on your RTG Timer Online subscription. Any change you make here is sent directly to PayPal and will affect your next subscription payment.

If you are increasing the number of users, contact RTG to let us know the user names for the new users. We will enter them into RTG Timer Online and we will send you an initial password for each new user.

If you are decreasing the number of users, contact RTG to tell us which users to remove from RTG Timer Online.

Beyond nine users, each additional user is $3 more per month.

To avoid delay, be sure to fill in the firm's Firm ID and your User Name. The Supervisor for the firm can see the Firm ID on the Supervisor Menu in RTG Timer Online, so ask that person for the number if you don't have it.
