You can change the number of timekeepers on your RTG Timer Online subscription. Any change you make here is sent directly to PayPal and will affect your next subscription payment.

If you are increasing the number of timekeepers, contact RTG to let us know the timekeeper numbers for the new timekeepers.

If you are decreasing the number of timekeepers, you must delete the timekeepers in RTG Timer Online. Choose Edit Timekeepers from the Supervisor Menu.

Beyond nine timekeepers, each additional timekeeper is $3 more per month.

To avoid delay, be sure to fill in the firm's Firm ID and your User Name. The Supervisor for the firm can see the Firm ID on the Supervisor Menu in RTG Timer Online, so ask that person for the number if you don't have it.
