A pop-up blocker prevents a Web page from opening a new window. All browsers include this feature.
However, RTG Bills Online needs to open a new window to show PDF versions of bills and reports. Pop-up blockers usually prevent this window from appearing.
Both RTG Bills Online and RTG Timer Online also open a new window to show help information. Some pop-up blockers prevent the help window from appearing.
Therefore, you should turn off the pop-up blocker for the RTG Bills Online and RTG Timer Online Web site. We have separate instructions for each Web browser to explain how to do that.
