Q: When I try to back up, I get an error message that begins Component 'PolarZIPLight.dll' not correctly registered. 

A: To solve this problem, re-install RTG Bills.

Note: The same message can occur when you choose File > Update.  This problem is also fixed by re-installing RTG Bills.
